WordPress Not Taking my Home Address

    Hello. I am trying to upgrade my WordPress account to the $4/mo plan. When I get to the purchase screen and type in my name, address, and card information, it will not allow me to check out. I get an error saying ‘address_1 is invalid’. I’m unsure how to resolve since I have double checked multiple times and that is my home address.

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you were successfully able to purchase a domain ($18) the WordPress.com Personal Plan ($48) so it appears you were able to get past this issue.

    Normally the domain would be included in the cost of your plan but because you purchased your domain prior to your plan we were not able to bundle that. With this in mind I have refunded $18 and you can confirm here that this has been processed: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
