I installed wordpress on my own webspace installed via fantastico and there for i didnt get an API key, so i joined wordpress it it gave me another blog in which i did not want.
But my blog is hosted at http://dzrbenson.com/blog/
What do i do when i want to install extension and that without an api key?

You didn’t need a blog, but just an account for the api key, but really, it doesn’t matter. While logged into this forum, go to:
http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/profile.php
That is where you get the key to use with the plugins that require it (akismet and wp.com stats)

hi
I have some blogs that are on wordpress.com, and therefore do have an API for those, but I now have a sep blog ( brand new) hosted at Godaddy, where I also downloaded WP via their options for my domain hosting.
Can i use my WP.com API to set up my plugins on my new blog at godaddy, or do i need to register all over again with whole new WP account?thanks
