WordPress/PayPal cart not taking address. Plugin not loading
-
I host with GoDaddy and they recently migrated my site. Despite assuring me that everything would go smoothly, my shopping cart broke in that it no longer requests the customers address during checkout. My original dev installed WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart years ago and I don’t currently have a dev. GoDaddy basically refused to help me, initially saying they would and promising a callback from a someone who could help, but they’ve had me in a perpetual email loop since May with no action.
I’d like to fix this myself, as PayPal told me to change ‘pass no_shipping as 2 and address_override as 1’ However when I login to WordPress I get a message ‘Failed to load plugin url:(my website)ui-for-wp-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/tinymce/langs/en.js’
Really stuck here and don’t know what to do. Meanwhile all my customers are having to email me their shipping addresses after they buy off my site. Any help super appreciated!

Hi there!
I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.If GoDaddy is not able to help you, I’d suggest posting to the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
