I have purchased a personal plan in this account. when i purchased, it said the card was declined but I got an message that the money was charged. 91.80 reais was charged to my credit card, but I got no product. Please check.

@dokoi was the transaction through this account, or was there another username? If possible, log out and log back in as the correct user.

I want to note, too, you won’t find the billing history under this account, because the charge with for some other account.
We’re hoping to help you look up the charge.
But if you already know what your other account is and can log out, and log in as that user, that would work, too.

I do jave wpchrg.com on the message but it has no number after it. Also I dont use paypal. And this is my only account.

There are no charges or upgrades connected to the account you are using to write to us here in the forums. That’s the dokoi username. Please double check with your bank about this.
Did you get an email notification from us with the receipt details? That’s the email address you’ll need to use to sign in and get to the right account. Each account needs a unique email address. The email will also state which site is associated with the charge. Sharing that site address will help us, help you, find the right account too.

@dokoi a blank billing history won’t help us find the account, but if you do see something in your billing history that would help us find the charge, you can upload it here: wordpress.com/media
If you aren’t able to find the ID, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

The billing support team said that the purchased was failed, and i knew it since the red box with failed poped up when o purchased. But the problem is that even though it failed, the money was charged.

I would respond to the billing support team email and let them know that you were charged although the transaction failed. They are indeed the team that would be able to look into the issue and ultimately resolve it if you were charged.

Did you ever re-contact the billing support team via the email you were in? I was told there hasn’t been any activity in that email since January 30th. They are the ones that will be able to assist you.

How am I got charged 91.80 reais but I cannot submit the billing support form with reais but with dollars. will there be problem if I submit it in dollars converted from 91.80 reais? Because the rate changes and sure it is changed from the time I bought the product since about 3 weeks passed.

There is no amount/currency field in the billing support form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
But also, please reply to the email ticket you already have open with us rather than opening a new one. Submitting multiple tickets on the same issue makes it harder for us to help you.
