  I have a question. When I will buy the personal plan or premium plan, I will able to install plagins (for example ELEMENTOR) and don’t need to pay or install somethink from other hosting company?

  If you want to install third party plugins, you’ll need the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/. The wordpress.com plans are all-in, so you don’t need hosting from another company.
