WordPress plug in not working

  So I’ve been trying to log in to this website i use for french grammar, if it makes it any easier the name of the website is lawless french, however when I got to log in it says account not found even though I’m logged in on the site. Just wanted to know if anybody else is having this issue as I spent money on the site.

  Yes, that site is using the open-source WordPress software and it’s not hosted by us. For any help regarding that site please reach out to your host or post in the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).
