WordPress purchase disable

  Hey my wordpress purchases are disabled and I don’t how to reenable the purchases. However I contacted with the billing team of wordpress but they are not helping me they just send an automatic emails that is not helpful. I really want to re-enable my purchases.

  Is there anyone has a knowledge about this matters? how can I re-enable my purchases?
