WordPress reader feed not showing new posts and pointing to old domain and not the new one

  Hello there, I’m having problem with wordpress.com reader.

  Recently, I changed the domain name of my self hosted website from escapemindscape.com to girlinbits.com.

  Now the new posts aren’t showing up and links on my WordPress reader feed are taking to the old domain URLs when I click ‘visit site’ and not the new one.

  I have talked to my hosting providers too and they said that the issue is with wordpress.com reader.

  Please help me resolve this issue.
