WordPress reply to comment as different user that logged in

https://wordpress.com/comments
I have 2 administrators on my site – when I am logged in as me to the wordpress.com toolbar – the other administrator account is being credited for my replies to the site commentsThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I noticed this too on my wordpress.com tool bar for my website. I like using WordPress.com/comments because I can like comments (not available in wp-admin). When I follow the instructions on
Comment Likes for adding the ability to like to the admin toolbar, whether I follow them for the “sites with plugins” or “sites without plugins”, it doesn’t seem to make any difference, the instructions don’t match reality. There’s no section in the settings>discussion to toggle anything that says “enable comment likes”.
And now it seems the lower level toolbar thinks I’m not me.
So, I logged out everywhere, then logged back in, changed my password, and it’s partially stopped treating me like I’m not myself (It was sending me an email every time I hit like, as if I was not inside the same account on both toolbars) But it still says I’m not logged-in so I still can’t see the comments on the lower level toolbar.
