WordPress saying I have no site

  Hi, I have had some issues with my wordpress not loading Elemntor, I tried a number of things to resolve not nothing would work. Plug ins stopped updating amongst other things. I decided to close down my chrome browser and restart it. When I reopened the tabs and logged back in to word press I was greeted with the message you have NO site would you like to create one!!!!
  Please help I desperately need to access my web site which is still live.
