WordPress says I don’t have a website.

I went to post on my blog. I’ve had it for a decade plus. WordPress notice comes up and says I don’t have a website. My blog is http://www.jubileewriter.wordpress,com I noticed that the old photo and the new photo appear depending on where I got to get in. So frustrating. Does anyone know what is going on. I don’t know where to go to get tech support.

How do I get to my correct blog site. It is hooked to my website http://www.cindyervinhuff.com. I can’t get to the reset my password from the suggestion screen. It takes me to a bunch to sites on my sites. But no password login. Can I get some live help please?
