WordPress says my domain expired – but they auto-renewed my premium plan a month ago.

My website is unavailable – wordpress says that it has expired. I was billed on September 19, 2016 for the premium website upgrade renewal. The receipt says that the website expires on October 5, 2017. There is no purchase history available, but it shows that the current plan is the premium website plan. Please HELP!!!

The charges must be under a different account because there is no history of any charges under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have a different account? If so, if you can post in this thread under that account, I can take a look into the issue for you.
