  Hi Guys,

  My website when I’ve logged in has reverted to a free plan when I’ve paid for premium for 12 months. As a result my theme/design has been removed. I’m not sure what has occurred?

  Hi there,

  It looked the Premium Plan and the domain subscriptions were canceled. Did you happen to cancel those subscriptions? If not, I can restore them both for you.

  Hi Gisele,

  I’ve restored your premium plan and domain mapping upgrade for the domain, beyondsunflowers.com.au.

  However, your domain, formfoliageandbeyond.blog, has gone into redemption since you cancelled it. That means we have to pay the registry that controls .blog domains $80 to get that domain back for you. Please let me know if you agree to that fee, and we can get the recovery process started.
