WordPress site disappeared

  We stopped paying the WordPress hosting fees. Not on purpose. We hadn’t started trading and got distracted by something else. Now the site that I had built is not on My Sites and I cannot change the DNS settings for my email address back to GoDaddy. Can you help? What can I do?

  Ahhh, looking into it a bit more, it looks like you had a Business plan set up for heliosgascom.wordpress.com. And had set it up to use the domain heliosgas.com (which is registered through GoDaddy).

  Is this what you are referring to?

  I cannot change the DNS settings for my email address back to GoDaddy.

  All DNS for your domain would be handled through GoDaddy where it is registered. GoDaddy support should be able to assist you with this.
