WordPress site does not update Anchor statistics

  I created a podcast on Anchor and by suggestion in that environment I also created a website. The reproductions through the site reached 99% of the total reproductions, but later the percentage decreased a lot and today it is only 27%. I performed a test: I listened to an old episode and after several days it didn’t reflect in the statistics. I contacted Spotify and they said that to account it was necessary to log into Spotify. I argued that I was logged in and that I don’t have another platform on my cell phone and they said that that’s not enough, the site needs to open on Spotify. That makes sense? Because until the 5th of August it worked perfectly? Why does Anchor suggest creating a site to increase plays if you need a Spotify account? Can you advise what I should do to solve this problem? I have another problem. I can’t enter the pages.Thanks!
