WordPress site down

  My site, http://www.valmuller.com, which is powered through WordPress, and for which I paid an upgrade fee, is not working. It was working fine all day, and now I can’t access it in Firefox, Explorer, or my Android phone. Sometimes I get a 500 error, other times nothing will load at all, not even my control panel.

  Is one of the WP servers down? If not, I am not sure how to fix the problem, as I am not sure how to access anything on my site. Thanks!

  That site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.
