  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Thanks for trying. It must have been made inactive. When you google my name Celeste Hessler word press it does come up. But it won’t let me edit. I was wondering why about a year ago I couldn’t add my new kindle book.
