WordPress Site ‘Lost’ After Changing Email Address

    I changed my account email address. However my site now appears to be ‘lost’ and does not appear under the new email address.

    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the site that is having this issue? The problem you describe sounds like it affects a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

    To explain we use a different domain manager system specific to sites hosted on WordPress.com, which makes it harder to “lose” a site in this way. What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system?
