WordPress site not working

  Hi, I’m having an issue WordPress site as all the links have suddenly stopped working.
  I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling plugin’s and clearing the cache but nothing has restored it to a working site.
  I don’t know what is causing the issue, please help!
