We received a renewal notice from you folks indicating and expiration of 11/21 (today). The ‘Manage Purchases’ page I can find no upcoming charges. Do we owe you money? When? How do we pay?

There are no upgrades owned by the account you are currently logged in to. Which site is mentioned in your renewal email?
If you haven’t done so already, please try logging in using the email address the reminder was sent to. Are you able to log in to that account?

We are a non-profit organization and a previous board member set up this WordPress site for us. I have login credentials for the site referenced. The payments have been managed by that board member. Can you allow us to mange payments through the admin ID for our site?

ducklakepoa.com is owned by another user of the site, thesassymarketer. Purchase can only be renewed from the account that was used to purchase them.
I have login credentials for the site referenced.
Logging in as thesassymarketer should give you the option to renew from the Manage Purchases page in that account.

Yes, please transfer ownership of the domain to the ducklakeadmin account. We’ll get payment submitted straight away once we have access to manage payment ourselves.

thesassymarketer will need to transfer ownership of the domain to your account. As much as I’d like to help, this is something only the current owner can do — I’m unable to transfer ownership of the domain to you on their behalf.
I can help move the plan over to your account but I’ll need permission from thesassymarketer (the current owner) first. They can either login and reply here or contact us from this page in their account:

Hi Leslie,I've tried to change ownership of the site over to 'ducklakeadmin' through WordPress support but they need your permission as admin 'sassymarketer'. They've provided a link to do this yourself or you can enlist their help by granting permission.

Is there a way to take this conversation off this public forum? We have successfully transferred ownership to ‘ducklakeadmin’, and we can see our plan and an expiration date of 11/18. However, when we attempt to pay we get the message ‘Unable to buy WordPress.com Premium, this site has WordPress.com Premium purchase by different user.’I have screen shots I could share but they include partial credit card information that I’d rather not share here.

We have successfully transferred ownership to ‘ducklakeadmin’, and we can see our plan and an expiration date of 11/18.
The domain is listed in your account now, that is good news :) I’ve sent an email to the address on your Account Settings page and will follow up with you there about the next steps for transferring the plan to your ownership.
