Hello, I’m having an issue where products created through Accept Stripe Payments plugin (https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/) on my website doesn’t show up in my Stripe.com account under products. I reached out to their support and they said it’s an issue with the WordPress plugin and that I should contact support here. Unfortunately, the plugin website only accepts support requests from for-pay apps. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
