WordPress Support Bought Premium Theme, Will I be refunded if I buy premium subscription now

  I want domain mapping, unfortunately, wordpress makes you buy premium. We bought a premium theme now we need to buy premium service. Will I get refunded for the theme purchase? It’s so frustrating you can’t contact anybody.

  I want domain mapping, unfortunately, wordpress makes you buy premium.

  Domain mapping is also available with the Personal plan. Would you rather use the Personal plan instead?

  Will I get refunded for the theme purchase?

  The Premium plan includes unlimited access to premium themes so I’d be happy to issue a refund for the theme you have already purchased.

  Keeping the Premium plan would be the more cost effective option because domain mapping is included and I can refund your theme. If you downgrade to Personal, you will pay the cost of the plan ($35.88) plus the cost of the theme ($79).

  It’s so frustrating you can’t contact anybody
