WordPress Support Email?

    Hi, Does WordPress have an email I can contact regarding a website for a Not for Profit organisation.

    Hi there,

    Are you asking about an existing website, or about creating a website on WordPress.com?

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites, so if it’s concerning an existing website, then it is most likely a site using the open source WordPress software which we do not support in this forum. These forums are only for sites hosted with WordPress.com.

    For help with the self-hosted WordPress software you can ask in https://wordpress.org/support/, but note that software belongs to, is maintained and supported by the WordPress community, and there’s no company behind it that you can email or call for support.

    If you’re asking about creating a site on WordPress.com, please post your questions here and we’ll do our best to answer. But email and live chat support are only available for sites with paid upgrades on WordPress.com.
