  I was charged for a wordpress theme on a website that is not active. How do I get a refund?

  What is the site and the theme?

  Premium themes on WordPress.com are one-time purchases, so you’re only charged at the time that you buy the theme, but I don’t see any theme purchases for the account you’re using to post here. You don’t even have any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.
