wordpress theme twentytwelve and internetexplorer (8) doesn't work right

  We have problems with our site (wordpress theme twentytwelve) in ie8; nextgen gallery doesn’t work right, photo’s form mediabibliotheek are much larger , navigation menu is in a different color etc. what should we do best?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
