WordPress to Shopify to WordPress

    Hello! We recently transferred our domain to Shopify, but after realizing that it didn’t transfer over some important information, we want to reactivate our WordPress site. We have already disconnected the domain from Shopify. How do we get back our old WordPress site?

    I do not see any sites under your @heatherogren WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
