WordPress to Square transfer complete and need updated DNS settings to publish – HELP

    Hi there, I requested a domain transfer from wordpress to squareup on March 1st 2021. Square confirmed and verified the transfer at the time and I was unaware I needed to do anything further. I have gone back and forth with wordpress support and squareup and both point me back to the other’s transfer step by step instructions. After many attempts at both’s instructions, I have yet to have an active website. My squareup website editing page says I need to update DNS settings and wordpress says the transfer is complete and the ball is in square ups court. Please help!

    Hi Meghan,

    Your domain has been successfully transferred to another registrar, so it is out of our control anymore.
    It still points to our nameservers, and you will need to change those directly from your admin panel at Square. I have found these instructions online, it should help:

    If you need assistance, though, Square’s support team should be able to clarify further.
