WordPress took my money twice. I dont have any wordpress website

    Hi there,

    If you don’t have a site, it’s not possible for us to have taken your money, as the only way we can do that is if you provide us with your credit card details on the checkout page while buying a WordPress.com upgrade.

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here does not own any sites with us, have never bought any upgrades from us, and has never provided us with any credit card details, so it is completely impossible that we could have charged you.

    We also told you this via email on 28 November – you never replied there.

    Please reply to the email that Sophie sent you earlier today with the information she requested there to help us find the charge in question. As that information cannot be shared here on a public forum, I’m closing this thread to further replies.
