WordPress Twitter Widget: I've Followed Directions Repeatedly All To No Avail

I do not have an independent WordPress site. I am trying to use your new Twitter Widget and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING is bringing my twitter stream into the widget space in which I moved it–on the blog page next to the blog.
    Hello.

I’ve combed the help files, etcetera and in what I thought would be the most useful exchange, people who figured it out (who were where I am now) NEVER told us WHAT THE HELL THEY DID to resolve the problem. So, Please, Please someone troubleshoot this for me.

I have followed all the directions. I have deleted old widgets at Twitter and re-created the widget. I have cleared out the WordPress form and re-entered it. I have made sure that I only copied and pasted the ID numbers, NOT the entire length of code. I am, repeatedly, left with the title: Follow Me On Twitter with underneath the words: My Tweets.

    Please help.

    My site is: calmology.wordpress.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m having the same issue. I’m trying to create a blog and the Twitter widget won’t work for me either.

We cannot help you until you tell us what you put IN the Twitter widget. Are you talking about the Twitter Timeline widget which is in your prefab widget set? Are you talking about the widget code Twitter gives you to embed your own iframe widget (that will not work here, period)?

The Twitter Timeline widget that requires the user to create the widget in Twitter then copy and paste the numbers from the code. I’ve tried numerous times and it doesn’t show. The Twitter widget does work in the footer.

Also, I’ve deleted all of the options except for the Twitter widget from the sidebar and yet they still show. It seems as if there’s an issue with the sidebar.

I was able to update it. The default in the visibility section had to be updated. I just assumed the default would automatically show it.

And again, nobody here would be able to help unless you give us the code you were putting in the widget. The actual code.
