wordpress update problem

Hello support team. There has been a delay of about 30 minutes since I updated the wordpress of https://cryptocurrencylatestnews.com/ The site is under maintenance mode text appears on my screen even though I tried refreshing the page. It is my first time using WordPress and I have no idea what mistakes I have made. WordPress was updated just now.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this problem, I am very concerned about it -
Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
