wordpress updating autmaticly

  I have plgin update disabled
  how ever all of a sudden wordpress is updating automaticity
  i get Howdy! Your site at https://xxxxxxxx has been updated automatically to WordPress 6.2.2.

  Please help me stop this
  I want to update manaually

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org. This update was critical as it closed a security issue, so it would not be a good idea to wait long to update.
