WordPress upgrade altered custom code

Hello — I worked on a client site a few years back and we set up custom code for entering information about and displaying apprenticeship standards from various countries. My client recently contacted me about updating the standards, but when I looked at the site I find I can’t access any of the content on the standards. They are still displaying, but the section where the ‘posts’ used to be is empty. I tried to add a test post and our code is still there — e.g., you can still assign posts to the correct categories for display, but when I went to publish I got a message that it had failed. As it turned out, it hadn’t failed, and the test post was published 6-7 times before I figured that out. But I have no way to edit or delete posts — nothing shows up in the posts area! Hoping there is a simple way to reconnect this… ideas welcome — you’ll need to follow up with me for more details about the site and content. But for a general look it’s innovativeapprenticeship.org and the section in question is the International section.

    Thanks!

As it happens, I figured out what the issue was moments after posting my Q — as is often the way…

    cheers, Cheryl
