WordPress Upgrade Package

    Are upgrades a service wide feature applicable to all created domains in an account? Also, the Customer Design upgrade does not indicate footer editing as an option, is this upgrade enabled to customize the footer through the widgets menu?

    All upgrades are individual per blog. All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade.
