WordPress upgrade plan not working

    Hi,

    I keep trying to upgrade my plan to the personal plan so I can do domain mapping and link another domain name.
    However, everytime I have checked out either with my visa card or paypal I am consistently met with the same error message at the top of my page ‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card.’
    There is nothing wrong with my card I have used it online everywhere else and recently. Also I have check that it is accepted by WordPress. So what’s the problem?

    Hi there,

    The transaction is being blocked by PayPal, whom we are using as the payment processor. You’ll need to contact them to find out why they are blocking your card.
