WordPress upload theme problem

  I want to upload a wordpress theme in zip format but i could not press proceed when this message appeared.
  ‘The errors above must be resolved before proceeding. Have questions? Please contact support.’
  there are cancel button and proceed button. but the proceed button could not be clicked. i tried log out and log in back into wordpress but still the same thing occurs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, is this for bashirahasnan.wordpress.com? If so, you would need to be on the Business plan upgrade in order to upload 3rd party themes.

  Otherwise, all free, Personal and Premium plan sites can activate the free and Premium themes found in our Theme Showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/
