  Hello, I started WordPress a few months ago and wasn’t sure how it works. So I created a blog with the url http://www.thicklipsodysseyblog.wordpress.com and did all the customization on that blog. Much later, I found out that I have another blog with the url http://www.thicklipsodyssey.wordpress.com which is the url that I intended to have. So, I thought to make things easy, I would just delete the blog with the url that I want and change the url of the other blog (with ‘blog’ in the url) which I have done all the customization on to the url that I intended (without ‘blog’ in the url).

  Now I tried to change the url but I received a message that http://www.thicklipsodyssey.wordpress.com is still in use but I have obviously deleted it as it is no longer showing in my dashboard.

  Is there any way that I can fix it? Thank you!
