  I have a free account in wordpress. My hosting is Webempresa. Why I have to pay a premium plan?

  It depends on what you are trying to do. If you have a domain and hosting on Webempresa you really don’t need wordpress.com as Webempresa itself offers wordpress hosting using the open source wordpress.org.
