WordPress Website Disappeared

  I am contacting on behalf of my client. I have been recently assigned to find out what has happened to their WordPress website as they are no longer able to access the sites back-end portal. I was hoping you could provide me with some information on why I am unable to get to the login portal of this domain: http://www.h2kgs.com

  I would like to know if this is has been deleted by chance? If not, then maybe the license for the domain had not been paid and has since been reopened for purchase?

  Otherwise, could we be supplied a unique domain/temporary URL to have access back to the portal.

  I get the error “Error establishing a database connection” which indicates your site is using the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
