WordPress will not accept my Church’s credit card payment.

  Each time I put in my church’s credit card information I get either the error message that AZLZNE or that ‘Purchases have been disabled .. contact us’ message. The CC is an active working CC why is your system preventing me from making this purchase?

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
