WordPress wont let me change the web address

  I have the free plan and originally I named my blog ‘God & Guy’ and I changed it to ‘God & a Guy’. I also wanted to change my we address from http://www.godandguy.wordpress.com to http://www.godandaguy.wordpress.com. I have already changed it in the settings and I try to type the new address into Google and it wants me to register that, but every time I type the old one in the blog comes up. What do I need to do in order for the change to take effect?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
