WordPress won’t let me upload bridge theme??

    When i try to upload my bridge theme into WordPress it says ‘The link you followed has expired.’ I am definitely uploading the correct file and i am using Fasthosts to host the website so have been on there and changed the php up to 7.3 as it says to do on most websites but nothing seems to be working. I can’t work out what i’m doing wrong!
