WordPress won’t load the next page when trying to make purchase… No Support!

    Been trying to purchase a plan for a few days now. Waited for the Black Friday/Cyber Week deal, but when I tried to purchase a plan, the next page would never load. Tried multiple browsers and both desktop / iPad, but no success.
    I’ve been trying to contact support however WordPress does not offer support unless you already paid… (What a joke!)

    As of today, the sales are over, and I’m still in the same boat.

    I want to use a different company because of this nightmare of trying to simply speak to someone, unfortunately WordPress is the best apparently… so I guess I’m screwed.

    I don’t see how a community forum can solve my issue, but this is the only ‘support’ I am offered as I’m still considered not worth supporting as I do not have an account.

    To not offer support for people trying to purchase a plan is not only bad business, it exposes your greed. How about making a little less profit to make your Brand truly shine?

    Any chance you can share a screenshot of the page looks when you navigate to the checkout flow? That can help troubleshoot better.
