  WordPress Won’t Send Email When a User Registers
  Please can you help me fix this problem.

  Do you mean when a new person starts following your site?

  If so, make certain the check box in Dashboard>Settings>Discussion>Email Me Whenever “someone follows my blog” is checked.

  Also, make sure your email address for such notifications is up to date.
