WordPress worst customer care?

  So no matter where I am searching for WordPress support I get directed to this page where they tell me to ask the public forum?
  Such a big company don’t have the resources to help their customers?

  Your wordpress.com account is only 1 hour old and already after 3 minutes you condemn support?
  The problem you are having with your site is certainly not a WordPress.com problem but typical for a site using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  I am grateful wordpress ain’t the website main host.
  Had to make an account to contact support.
  They also said they had live chat, but that’s nowhere to be found.
  Live chat is 100 times more effective.

  Your are on the forum of wordpress.com which is a hosting platform as your site uses the open source wordpress.org.
  Wordpress;com and wordpress;org are 2 completely different and unrelatd systems. To know more about about the differences, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
  Live Chat is only available for a paid wordpress;com plan, not for sites using the open source wordpress.org.

  If your site would have been hosted on the wordpress.com platform, you would be entitled to email and live chat support. Also you wouldn’t have the problem you are experiencing as wordpress.com takes care of the core files.
