WordPress.com and wordpress.org User Accounts are different

  Hey, I just wanted to use a nice new widget on my nice new site and then I had to connect to wordpress.com and all heck broke loose.

  I couldn’t use my own email so I used my other. Then I couldn’t use my own username so I shortened it.

  This is a waste of time.

  Please tell me how I can sync the 2 accounts.

  I have never had a problem with another turnkey site. Thanks.

  What widget were you trying to use? Was it the Jetpack plugin?
