  I have a self hosted website and would like to display the wordpress.com news feed on my website. By any chance I can display the recent post of my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure; note that search engines consider this duplication/spam, and will downgrade both your WP.com site and your external site. That said, it can be done. Some people draw in an RSS feed and use that to display it; instructions can be found elsewhere on the web.

  What you might want to do is just map a subdomain of your main site to your WP.com blog, so for $13 a year your WP.com blog shows up at blog.YourURL.com . There are no negative search engine consequences for that.
