WordPress.com member having difficulty installing plugins/themes

    I recently purchased the domain brentrosenauer.com, registered through BlueHost and I also purchased a subscription to WordPress.com. I am able to access my WordPress site dashboard and I’ve even connect to Jetpack, but I cannot install new plugins or themes.
