wordpress.com only transferred some media files over

  I`m transferring self hosted wordpress blog to wordpress.com and some media files are getting copied to wordpress.com and others are still linked to my old site.

  Can you tell me how I can get all the files to be transferred to wordpress.com so that none of the link back to the old site? Ièm planning to disable the old site if this goes well.
