  I want to purchase a theme. Do I need .com or .org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Depends who you are buying the theme from. Third party themes cannot be added to WP.com blogs, and we can only choose from those themes on our dashboard Themes page already.

  So, how do I get signed up on .org? It said NO registration is necessary.
