WordPress.com Premium Upgrade with registered Domain

  I am considering upgrading to Premium, I have a domain mapped and registered through WordPress.com if I upgrade will I need to pay twice?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Since you already have a custom domain, you won’t have to pay twice for your domain. You can get WordPress.com Premium at a discounted rate by going to the Store page in your dashboard. Premium will be just $79 for the first year, and then it will be renewed (including the cost for renewing your domain) at the regular price of $99/year after that.
